This 250ml low-cost, disposable sterile filter funnel has a polypropylene upper and a high-impact polystyrene collar. Cellulose nitrate membrane meets U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements for water quality work. Use for microbiological analysis testing, food/beverages, raw material, sterility testing, and finished product quality. Upper separates easily from lower for easy access to the membrane. Funnel adapter allows use with #8 stoppers. Six funnel adapters are included with each case. Single use only. The exclusive Kimax 58° funnel promotes faster, more effective filtering because the cone is suspended by its uppermost edge, leaving most of the conical area for filtration.
